Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking for flexible casual opportunities in residential aged care?

We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join the team at Holly Aged Care in Hackham, a large residential aged care facility supporting residents across aged care, dementia and respite care.

n

This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys providing high-quality clinical care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

n

About the Role

n

As a Registered Nurse, you will play an important role in delivering protected, person-centred care to residents with a range of clinical and support needs.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Providing high-quality nursing care to residents
n
- Conducting clinical assessments and monitoring residents' health
n
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
n
- Supporting residents living with dementia and complex care needs
n
- Responding to changes in residents' health and escalating concerns appropriately
n
- Working collaboratively with AINs, ENs, allied health professionals and other members of the care team
n
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and resident records
n




- Contributing to individualised care planning and ongoing reviews
n
- Promoting residents' dignity, independence, safety and wellbeing
n
- Communicating effectively with residents, families and the broader healthcare team
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Bachelor or Master of Nursing
n
- Current First Aid Certificate
n
- Current CPR Certificate
n
- Experience in aged care is highly regarded
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A genuine commitment to providing person-centred care
n
- The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
n
