Followmont Transport is seeking an experienced Tug Driver / Yard Operator to join our Sydney operations team. Working closely with our Fleet Controllers and Operations team, you'll play a key role in safely positioning trailers, supporting freight movements and helping keep our depot operating efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

- Moving trailers in and out of loading and unloading areas using a tug
- Coordinating trailer movements with Fleet Controllers and Operations
- Operating a forklift to load, unload and stage freight
- Assisting with trailer preparation, load restraint, straps, gates and curtains
- Supporting yard and operational activities as required
- Occasionally relocating trailers and equipment around the depot
- Following all safety and compliance procedures

What You'll Need

- Current MC Licence
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Previous transport yard or operational experience




- Tug driving experience advantageous but not essential
- Strong safety focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attitude and ability to work within a team
- Ability to pass a medical, drug & alcohol screen and criminal history check
