Freelance Designer - Social, Motion & Campaigns

We’re looking for a talented junior-to-midweight designer to join an established in-house creative team on a freelance basis through to mid-December.

This is a hands-on role for an ambitious designer with strong agency experience who can create engaging work across social, motion and integrated campaigns. You’ll be confident working in Figma, excited by the possibilities of AI, and comfortable managing projects from initial concept through to final delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

- Designing social-first content across static and motion formats
- Creating campaign concepts and rolling them out across multiple channels
- Producing polished motion graphics and digital assets
- Contributing fresh ideas and helping improve creative workflows
- Collaborating with designers, marketers and other stakeholders




- Managing multiple briefs while delivering high-quality work at pace

What we’re looking for:

- Junior-to-midweight level with relevant agency or fast-paced studio experience
- Excellent Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud skills
- Motion graphics capabilities
- A portfolio featuring plenty of social and campaign work
- Confidence using AI tools as part of the creative process
- Proactive, curious and hungry to develop
- Robust attention to detail and a collaborative attitude

Details:

- Freelance contract through to mid-December
- Three days per week
- Two days per week in the Melbourne office
- Immediate start preferred
