About the Role

As a member of our Front of House team, you'll play an key role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Your responsibilities will include

- Providing warm, professional and attentive service
- Confidently managing a section during busy service periods
- Offering knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations
- Assisting guests with wine selections and menu choices
- Maintaining high presentation and service standards
- Supporting your team to deliver seamless service
- Contributing to a positive and energetic workplace culture
- Continuing to build your food, wine and hospitality knowledge

About You We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You'll ideally have

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy restaurant, pub or premium dining venue
- A current Victorian RSA Certificate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A passion for food, wine and hospitality
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn




- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Wine knowledge or an interest in developing your wine expertise highly regarded
