What You'll Be Doing

No two shifts are the same! Depending on your role and experience, you may:

- Deliver warm, professional and memorable service to our guests.
- Create genuine connections and provide exceptional hospitality.
- Share your knowledge of our food and beverage offerings.
- Work closely with your team to deliver smooth and seamless service.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation.
- Support your teammates during busy services.
- Learn from experienced hospitality professionals.
- Contribute to the energy, culture and success of your venue.
- Help us create experiences that guests remember.

About You

We're looking for people who genuinely love hospitality and love looking after people. You don't need to have experience in every Front of House role — we're interested in people with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine passion for the industry.

Ideally, you'll bring:





- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, café or hospitality environment.
- A passion for food, beverage and exceptional service.
- A warm, friendly and professional personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and strong team mindset.
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Pride in your presentation and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- A current Queensland RSA Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
- Full Australian working rights.
