Full-Time Front Staff / Barista – Sydney CBD

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Full-Time Front Staff / Barista to join our busy café in Sydney CBD.

This is a hands-on role combining front-of-house service and barista duties. The successful candidate must be confident working with customers, preparing quality coffee, and taking responsibility for coffee station closing duties.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly and efficient front-of-house customer service
- Take customer orders and operate the POS system
- Prepare and serve quality coffee to a consistent standard
- Assist with food and beverage service
- Maintain a clean and organised café and service area
- Complete coffee station closing and cleaning duties every day
- Restock coffee, milk, cups and other supplies
- Follow café procedures and maintain food safety and hygiene standards




- Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods

About You
- Previous café / barista experience is essential
- Confident preparing espresso-based coffee
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Able to work efficiently in a busy café workplace
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willing and able to complete closing duties, including full coffee machine and coffee station cleaning
- Available to work full-time in Sydney CBD
