Full time chef wanted - OISHII TOKYO at south melbourne

OIshii Tokyo is looking for an experienced and reliable Full Time Chef/Cook to join our friendly kitchen team.

Location : South Melbourne

Position : Full time Chef / Cook

Hours : Approximately 45 hours per week

Main Responsibilities

- Preparing Japanese dishes, including rice bowls, bento, udon and sushi
- Maintaining food preparation and stock
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and compliant with food-safety standards
- Working efficiently with the kitchen and front of house teams.

What we're Looking for
- Previous experience working as a chef or cook
- Japanese kitchen experience is preferred but not essential
- Able to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Reliable,



responsible and weel-organised
- Available to work weekdays and weekends.
- Valide Australian working Visa
