The Caddens Dental Bar is looking for a full time Dental Assistant. This is a permanent full-time position, with responsibility for how the practice runs day to day. What You'll Do

- Welcome and support patients, ensuring comfort and care at every step.
- Provide chairside assistance across a full range of dental procedures.




- Take payments and book the next appointment for your patients.
- Train and support junior DAs on the floor.
- Own supplies ordering, drawer stock and lab job tracking for the practice.
- Maintain sterilisation and infection control to the highest standard.
- Keep accurate patient records.
- Assist at reception when needed, supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

About You

- At least 2–3 years' dental assisting experience.
- Hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting.
- Comfortable taking ownership of practice-level tasks, not just chairside work.
- Strong communication and a dependable, steady approach.
- Team-oriented, professional, and reliable under a busy book.
