HR Refrigerated Truck Driver – Premium Seafood

TTM Logistics is a growing refrigerated transport business operating across Tasmania, Victoria and New South Wales. We specialise in moving premium oysters, fresh fish and other chilled seafood safely through the cold chain. Our Sydney operation is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced and dependable Heavy Rigid Truck Driver to become an important part of the team.

You’ll operate a refrigerated truck, complete deliveries throughout Sydney and help ensure our seafood reaches customers fresh, cold and on time.

This is a permanent full-time, Monday-to-Friday position. Rostered start times vary between 4:00 am and 6:00 am, depending on the day’s delivery schedule.

This is a Sydney-based delivery role and does not involve interstate driving.

What you’ll be doing

- Delivering oysters, fresh fish and other refrigerated seafood throughout Sydney
- Operating a Heavy Rigid refrigerated truck safely and professionally
- Maintaining correct temperatures and following cold-chain procedures
- Loading and unloading products using a forklift
- Completing daily truck and refrigeration-unit checks
- Securing loads and handling products with care
- Obtaining signed Proof of Delivery documents
- Completing basic delivery and temperature paperwork accurately
- Safely performing the manual-handling duties of the position
- Keeping the truck clean, tidy and ready for the next run

What you’ll bring

- A current Australian HR driver’s licence
- A current forklift licence
- Previous HR truck-driving experience
- A safe driving history
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
- Confidence driving throughout Sydney
- The ability to work independently and manage a delivery schedule
- Comfort working with seafood and in refrigerated environments
- The ability to safely complete the physical requirements of the role
- Good communication and basic paperwork skills
- Australian working rights

Previous refrigerated transport, cold-chain, seafood or food-delivery experience will be highly regarded. Most importantly, we need someone who turns up on time, looks after the equipment and can be trusted to get the deliveries where they need to go.
