About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to advance their career in hospitality management. As the Gaming Manager at the Windsor Castle Hotel, you'll work closely with the General Manager, playing a crucial role in the day-to-day operations, guest experience and long-term success of the hotel.

Scope of Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the gaming floor, ensuring a well-presented, compliant, and customer-focused environment.

- Lead the gaming team to deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining responsible gaming standards.

- Monitor gaming performance and contribute to strategies while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Ensure strict adherence to gaming legislation, venue policies, and responsible gambling obligations.

- Manage gaming-related reporting including cash handling, reconciliations, variances, and machine performance monitoring.

- Maintain strong relationships with regular patrons, creating a welcoming and engaging gaming experience.

- Lead the gaming team to excel in guest experience and service standards.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this role, you will need:





- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar position in hospitality.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- A candidate who is looking for a long term position with potential to grow within the company.

- A coachable individual with a solid willingness to learn and grow.

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

- Flexibility in work schedule, comfortable working both day and night shifts.

- RSA, RCG & ARCG certifications are required.
