We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Garden Maintenance Team Member /Gardener to join our growing team.

You will be part member of one of our mobile maintenance crews servicing commercial and industrial sites within the Sydney metropolitan area.

This position has the potential to grow into a Team Leader role for the right person.

About You

You’re hands-on, reliable, and take pride in your work. You enjoy working outdoors and know your way around a garden and various garden maintenance tools.

You’ll bring

- Experience in garden maintenance (commercial or residential)
- A keen interest in soft landscaping and horticulture
- Confidence using hand and small motorised tools
- Strong attention to detail and time management




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Trade qualification in Horticulture (highly regarded, not essential)
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- WHS White Card
- National Police Check or be willing to obtain
- A positive attitude and great people skills
