What you'll actually do

- Manage litigation files independently, from instructions through to resolution
- Draft sharp, persuasive letters of demand,



pleadings and affidavits
- Cut through client documents and instructions to find what actually matters
- Deal directly with clients — gathering facts, managing expectations, keeping them informed
- Juggle a growing caseload without dropping the ball
- Get in the room for negotiations, mediations and court appearances

Everything you do is overseen by senior lawyers — but you're expected to think for yourself, not wait to be told what to do next.

Who we're looking for

- Full Australian working rights
- Current Australian law degree with strong results — WAM 75%+ / GPA 6+ preferred
- A genuine self-starter: someone who spots the issues others miss and produces high-quality work without needing to be walked through it
- Excellent writing skills and real attention to detail
- Legal experience is a bonus, not a requirement — what matters is that you're bright and hungry
