We have vacancies for Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists starting their career. Not a new grad? We also have roles available for experienced therapists.

Join us as an Allied Health Assistant prior to graduation or enjoy a summer break and join us in a clinical role in 2027.

Out Loud provides Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services to children aged 0-16 years, supporting them and their families to learn, develop, participate and thrive.

We pride ourselves on a people first approach and offer a flexible and supportive work environment where you will experience fantastic administrative support, great resources and an amazing team. We offer exceptional supervision with a focus on supporting new therapists as they transition into the workforce.

New graduates will receive above award remuneration with a package of over $84K including salary, superannuation,



leave loading and study leave allowance with opportunities to move through our Career Progression Framework as you gain experience.

Support with accommodation is an option for applicants who are relocating to Bunbury.
