The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Grounds and Gardens Officer to join our team on a full-time basis (76 hours per fortnight).

In this role you will:

- Be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beautiful gardens, lawns, pathways, landscaped areas, and outdoor environments across our aged care and retirement living community.
- Play an important role in creating a safe, attractive, and welcoming environment for our residents and visitors

About You: We are looking for some who has:

- At least 5 years’ experience in commercial grounds and garden maintenance
- Experience with irrigation systems, turf management, pruning, weed and pest control, and landscaping
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A current Driver's Licence

Desirable:





- A Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent
- Experience in contract supervision or contractor management
- Experience working within residential aged care facilities and retirement villages, healthcare environments or community services
- Chemical users certificate or experience in pest and weed management
- Experience with landscaping projects and grounds improvement initiatives
