You will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, managing reservations, enquiries and pre-arrival communication while ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, professionalism and attention to detail that Levantine Hill is known for.

About the Role In this hands-on role, you will:

- Manage reservations, enquiries and guest communications across multiple channels.
- Coordinate bookings,



waitlists, seating allocations and special requests with accuracy and care.
- Build detailed guest profiles and maintain reservation and CRM systems.
- Personalise guest experiences by capturing preferences, celebrations and dietary requirements.
- Work closely with our restaurant, cellar door, events, kitchen and operational teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Review upcoming bookings and proactively anticipate guest needs.
- Support process improvements and contribute to the ongoing refinement of guest service standards.

About You

You will bring

- Experience in hospitality, reservations, tourism, guest services or a premium customer-facing environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and a naturally warm, professional manner.
- Solid organisational skills and outstanding attention to detail.
- Confidence using booking, reservation, CRM or guest management systems.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and genuine passion for hospitality.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- A valid RSA certificate and Australian working rights.
