About the role

This is a role for someone who lives for a great service, but wants to shape it across a whole group, not just one floor. You'll set the standard for how front of house runs at every Corbett & Claude venue: hiring the right people, training them properly, and building the systems that make a great shift repeatable, not accidental. You know how to read a room, keep the energy up, and make sure every guest feels looked after from the moment they walk in.

But you also think beyond the shift in front of you: how do we train this well across four venues, how do we roster smart, how do we make section service second nature for every recent host we bring on.

Key responsibilities

- Confidently managing reservations, arrivals and floor flow across high-volume services, and setting the tone from the door
- Hiring, training and developing host and floor teams so every venue delivers the same polished, engaging service
- Bringing plenty of personality, positive energy and professionalism, and passing that on to your teams
- Building and running training on section service, guest experience steps and beverage upselling that feels natural, not forced
- Designing the systems and SOPs that keep floor flow,



bookings and service consistent venue to venue
- Working closely with Venue Managers on labour and rostering standards, so FOH staffing matches real demand
- Coaching and developing your teams, building a culture of fun, positivity and success across the group
- Staying across food and beverage compliance requirements at every site

- An outgoing, hands-on leader who genuinely loves this industry, and loves developing people
- Bright personality and sharp instincts on the floor
- Operational smarts to turn instincts into training and systems that stick
- Multi-site or supervisory experience is essential
- Real passion for guest experience and people development
