Hail Damage Assessor

$65,000 Base + Uncapped Commission | $95K OTE | Company Vehicle + Fuel Card Storm Support Services is looking for confident, driven people to join our growing field team as Hail Damage Assessors.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role working across residential areas affected by severe weather. You'll speak directly with homeowners, arrange no-cost property assessments, identify potential hail damage and help eligible clients take the next steps with their insurance claim.

No previous insurance or building experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support — we're more interested in finding people with the right attitude, confidence and drive.

About the Role

You'll spend the majority of your time out in the field, working within designated residential areas and speaking directly with property owners.

Your responsibilities will include

- Speaking with homeowners in hail-affected areas
- Scheduling no-cost, no-obligation property assessments
- Conducting assessments to identify potential hail damage
- Explaining assessment outcomes clearly to property owners
- Assisting eligible clients with lodging an insurance claim
- Handing successful clients across to our internal claims team for ongoing management




- Representing Storm Support Services professionally in the community
