The Straightening Salon Narrabeen is looking for passionate people to join our team as a Senior Hairdresser.

Senior Hairdresser

A key role within our salon, designed for an experienced hairdresser who takes genuine pride in their craft and wants to be part of a high-performing, specialist team. You'll deliver premium straightening services with exceptional attention to detail, creating consistent, polished results that reflect the standards our clients expect. You'll lead with confidence through strong consultations, personalised recommendations, and aftercare education that builds trust and long-term client relationships.

Beyond your own client work, you'll play an significant role in supporting salon standards, sharing your knowledge with the team,



contributing to a positive salon culture, and helping drive the continued growth and success of The Straightening Salon.

What We're Looking For

Senior Hairdresser applicants must hold a Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent) and have previous salon experience. Availability for at least one late night per week and two Saturdays per month.
