Positions Available

- 1 × HC Driver
- 1 × HC HIAB Driver – CV/C6 High Risk Work Licence required, or willingness to obtain through company-funded training

What you'll be doing

- Safely operate heavy vehicles to transport freight and materials in accordance with road laws, safety requirements and company procedures
- Complete daily pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections, promptly reporting any faults, defects or maintenance requirements
- Secure and restrain loads in accordance with load restraint requirements, industry standards and company procedures
- Complete and maintain accurate logbooks, delivery paperwork and transport documentation
- Deliver freight safely, efficiently and within required timeframes while maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Work closely with the Operations team to coordinate deliveries and communicate any delays, changes or issues promptly
- Comply with all company policies, safety procedures and regulatory requirements, including Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations
- Represent the business professionally when dealing with customers, suppliers and the public

What we're looking for

- Current Heavy Combination (HC)



licence with demonstrated on-road heavy vehicle driving experience
- Experience transporting steel and/or building and construction materials - highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience securing and restraining loads, with a robust understanding of load restraint requirements and safe transport practices - essential
- Current CV/C6 High Risk Work Licence for the HIAB position, or willingness to obtain through company-funded training
- Current White Card – essential
- Sound knowledge of road transport regulations, Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations and safe driving practices
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet delivery schedules and promptly communicate delays or issues
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to pass a Fitness to Drive medical and mandatory drug and alcohol testing
- Ability to provide a current driving record issued by Service NSW
