The Flour House Highett, is looking for an experienced Chef to head up their Cafe kitchen.

The Flour House is an award winning Bakery located in South East Melbourne.

We were recently published in the Age valuable food guide as one of Melbourne's top bakery and have been awarded for our croissant.

Our main production kitchen and cafe is located at 3 Graham road in Highett 3190, it's an impressive 1000 square metre warehouse which showcases an open plan bakery and an 80 seater cafe.

This is a hands on role, and the successful applicant will have complete control of the kitchen, and be responsible for the day to day operation of the kitchen as well as seasonal menu changes.

Qualifications:

You will need a minimum of certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery as a minimum to be considered for this role.

Minimum two years experience managing a commercial kitchen.

A strong understanding of kitchen operations and service is required.
