The Role

As Head of Department, you will oversee day-to-day operations, support the wider property management team, and manage a small, select portfolio end-to-end. Your focus will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations and workflow of the Property Management team
- Streamlining department efficiency by auditing, creating, and updating processes, templates, and operational procedures
- Working alongside our Directors to ensure all portfolios are maintained to an exceptional standard
- Keeping the PM team informed, updated,



and compliant with all legislative changes and requirements
- Providing hands-on assistance, mentorship, and guidance to Property Managers and Assistants whenever needed
- Collaborating with our BDM to spearhead growth initiatives and onboard new properties smoothly
- Managing a small portfolio end-to-end to stay grounded in daily operations and client service
- Proactively troubleshooting and resolving complex issues as they arise with landlords and tenants

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Property Management (leadership or senior experience preferred)
- Valid Property Management Registration, current Driver’s License, and your own reliable vehicle
- Strong working knowledge of current property legislation and compliance requirements
- A proactive leader with a track record of improving team processes, efficiency, and standards
- Ability to work full-time on-site in the office with high accountability and strong communication skills
