Market & Salary Review (2026-27)

Our client is a listed technology platform, operating globally and with a significant footprint in Asia. Reporting to the GC based in the US, you will manage a team and play a hands on / mission critical role for the business. High profile role!

- The role is a mix of regulation, commercial and corporate work - with a key focus on regulatory advisory.
- The role will focus on product distribution and regulatory support to ensure the business can mix commercial growth with platform protection.
- Key stakeholder internally include product teams, deal teams, C-Suite and both in Asia and around the world.
- External stakeholders include regulatory bodies, government officials / lobbyists.
- You will manage a team of highly qualified legal and compliance professionals, as well as external counsel / consultancies.

Requirements
- 15+ years PQE,



common law background
- Tier 1 education / academics and law firm training
- Technology background and regulation focused
- Regulatory advisory role and across Asia

- Commercial and corporate experience, although secondary to regulation
- International experience can be education, working overseas, MNC setting
- Stakeholder managment skills at 10/10
