Help Desk and IT Support (Level 1)

- Full-time role, immediately available
- Role-based at our Head Office in Artarmon
- $70K to 80K + super (negotiable)

The Company Well-established in the Australian cleaning industry, Quad Services is looking to bring on and develop top talent. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Help Desk and IT Support (Level 1) with strong Microsoft product knowledge. This is a full-time role based at our Head Office in Artarmon.

The Role

As Help Desk and IT Support, reporting directly to the Network Manager, you will be:

- Installing and configure computer systems and applications within the company
- Support end users solving software & hardware problems
- Manage systems onboarding, cross-boarding and offboarding of staff
- Management of the equipment asset register including status of equipment usability

Skills and Experience The successful applicant will be a suitably experienced Help Desk and IT Support who has:

- High level of Windows 10/11 knowledge & experience
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
- Good PC hardware knowledge




- Good teamwork & communication skills
- Experience managing Windows servers
- Experience in managing active directory (AD) /Entra ID
- Have a demonstrated ability to “get stuff done"
- 1 to 2 Years experience in IT Support / Service Desk

Exposure to the following would be advantageous:

- Experience with networking systems, including Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity, VPNs, internet services
- Experience with SharePoint Administration
- Experience with supporting Intune
- Understanding of cyber safety and information security
