CIMIC Group is seeking a proactive and experienced Health and Wellbeing Advisor to support the delivery of the organisation's occupational health, wellbeing and psychosocial risk management framework as part of an integrated HSEQ system.

This role plays a critical part in promoting a healthy, safe and productive workforce by providing specialist advice, coordinating health management programs, supporting wellbeing initiatives and ensuring compliance with legislative, statutory and contractual requirements. Working across a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce, you will collaborate with projects and functional teams to enhance worker health outcomes and strengthen CIMIC's health and wellbeing culture.

About the Role The primary purpose of this role is to support CIMIC's occupational health, wellbeing and psychosocial risk management programs, ensuring they are effective, compliant and continuously improving.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate and administer pre-employment medicals, health monitoring programs and health management activities across allocated projects.
- Support workforce mobilisation by ensuring occupational health risks, fitness-for-work requirements and role suitability considerations have been appropriately assessed.
- Provide practical, risk-based health and wellbeing advice to business leaders, project teams and functional stakeholders.
- Support the identification, assessment and management of psychosocial hazards and risks across the organisation.
- Develop, implement and monitor health management plans arising from medical assessments, health monitoring outcomes and fitness-for-work reviews.
- Maintain accurate,



confidential and up-to-date employee health records and health management data.
- Monitor upcoming and overdue medical assessments and health monitoring requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Support the implementation of the CPB Wellbeing Framework.
- Develop and deliver health and wellbeing education, awareness initiatives and wellbeing campaigns.
- Assist with governance, assurance and reporting activities relating to health monitoring, wellbeing programs and psychosocial risk management.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, compliant and healthy workforce through effective occupational health and wellbeing practices.

About You – Qualifications & Experience To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- A qualification in Occupational Health Nursing, Allied Health (such as Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or similar) or a related discipline.
- Minimum three years' experience in occupational health, wellbeing or health management roles within industry.
- Experience coordinating pre-employment medicals, health monitoring programs and fitness-for-work processes.
- Understanding of occupational health systems, health risk management, wellbeing frameworks and psychosocial risk management practices.
- Knowledge of relevant health, safety, privacy and workplace legislation.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- The ability to provide practical advice and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience working with health databases, reporting systems and confidential employee records.
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively as part of a broader team.
