Job Description
Alstom Australia is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Team Leader for the Sydney Light Rail Fleet, based in Lilyfield, NSW. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll lead a skilled technician team to deliver protected, reliable maintenance outcomes and maximise fleet availability.

The role requires a rotating roster including morning and night shifts across weekdays and weekends. You'll collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Operations to drive performance, safety and continuous improvement.
