Liverpool City Council is seeking a Program Lead to establish and drive the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO). You will oversee governance, integrated portfolio planning, delivery assurance and executive reporting across major transformation initiatives.
Working with senior leaders, you will ensure transparent portfolio reporting, manage risks and dependencies, and engage stakeholders to embed up-to-date portfolio practices for better delivery and strategic outcomes.
