Looking for a short-term opportunity where your family violence experience can make an immediate impact?

We're currently looking for 2 experienced Family Violence Practitioners to join a Brief Intervention Team for a 4-week engagement, supporting victim survivors through a quick-paced and rewarding service.

About the Role

You’ll be providing telephone and web-based support, including:

- Crisis intervention and brief case management
- Family violence risk assessment using the MARAM Framework
- Developing risk management and safety plans
- Supporting adult and child victim survivors
- Practical safety and recovery planning
- Connecting victim survivors with appropriate services and supports

About You

We’re looking for an experienced practitioner who can hit the ground running and is confident working with family violence risk, crisis intervention and safety planning.

You’ll ideally have:

- Strong family violence practice experience
- Knowledge and experience using the MARAM Framework
- Experience with risk assessment and safety planning
- Strong communication and engagement skills




- Availability to commence ASAP

- Full-time | 4-week locum
- North Melbourne | Office-based
- SCHADS Level 5.3 - $69.81 per hour + super
- ASAP commencement
