Sydney Ultrasound for Women (SUFW) is one of Australia's leading specialist women's ultrasound practices, providing expert obstetric, gynaecological and reproductive ultrasound services. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional care to women at every stage of life, combining clinical excellence with genuine compassion.

Following the recent relocation and opening of our brand-new Bondi Junction clinic, we're continuing to grow and are expanding our team as we open an additional scanning room. We're now looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist/Patient Services Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team.

About the role
This role offers the best of both worlds, combining front reception with appointment bookings and administration. You'll have dedicated rostered days for reception and phone bookings, so you'll always know what your day looks like.

Working as part of our close-knit team, you'll:

- Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression.
- Coordinate appointments over the phone and manage patient bookings.
- Respond to patient, GP and specialist enquiries.
- Prepare consulting rooms and support daily clinic operations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation.
- Support our prenatal coordinators, sonographers, sonologists and wider clinical team.
- Help deliver an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

About you
You'll enjoy working with people and genuinely care about providing outstanding customer service.

You'll also bring:

- Previous experience in medical reception, healthcare administration or a customer-facing role.
- Exceptional communication and telephone skills.




- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- The ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- A collaborative approach and positive attitude.
- A genuine passion for helping people.
- Experience using patient management systems will be highly regarded but is not essential.
