About the Role

This full-time position will see you coordinating field service operations from a modern, state-of-the-art facility while acting as the key contact between customers and field technicians.

You will play a critical role in ensuring effective service delivery, managing breakdown support, scheduling technicians, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for:

- Diesel Fitters or Mobile Plant Mechanics wanting to move off the tools
- Experienced Service Coordinators from earthmoving, civil, or dealership environments
- Candidates who enjoy customer interaction and technical problem-solving

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule field service technicians across customer sites
- Liaise with customers and technicians to manage breakdowns and service requests
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work
- Maintain detailed service records and reporting




- Assist with management of field service vehicles and equipment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the service department
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

- Experience within earthmoving, civil, mining, or heavy equipment industries
- Previous experience as a Service Coordinator OR trade background as a Mobile Plant Mechanic / Diesel Fitter
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work within a fast-paced service environment
- Experience using job management or scheduling systems
- Current driver’s licence

Salary Package & Benefits

Senior management are flexible on salary depending on experience and technical capability. The overall package sits well above current market rates.

Package Includes:

- Hourly rate circa $50PH
- Huge overtime available – 60-hour weeks
