We're seeking experienced Disability Support Workers who are passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting independence, and helping participants achieve their goals.

About the Role
Using a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach you will:
- Support participants to build independence and daily living skills
- Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies
- Promote choice, control and self-determination
- Facilitate community participation and social connection
- Support participants to achieve their individual goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Success in this role is measured not by tasks completed, but by outcomes achieved and the positive impact made in a participant's life.

Essential Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Current Driver Licence
- Reliable and insured vehicle
- Working With Children/Vulnerable Persons Check
- Australian working rights
