Croatian‑Speaking Volunteer Role at HammondCare Waratah
We’re looking for a warm and caring person who can speak Croatian to offer conversation and companionship to an elderly resident at HammondCare Waratah.
Your visits — just one hour each week or fortnight — will bring comfort, connection, and a sense of familiarity through shared language and friendly conversation. It’s a straightforward way to brighten someone’s day and make a meaningful difference.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

Requirements18 years or older • NDIS Worker Screening Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare
We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week for a one hour visit between 9am and 4pm Monday to Sunday, visits could be weekly to fortnightly depending on your availability.
