Assessment should guide what happens next. Intervention should have a purpose beyond the therapy session. Outcome measurement should tell us whether our work is actually making a difference.

We also believe better supported clinicians provide better support to participants. That philosophy shapes how we employ people too.

As PCT grows, opportunities will continue to develop across Senior Clinician, Clinical Lead, Service Lead, supervision, mentoring, clinical specialisation, training, and service development.

The kind of OT we are looking for

We are looking for experienced OTs who want their work to lead somewhere and who are willing to question the standard.

We want clinicians who translate evidence into practical action, measure progress, and reconsider their approach when the evidence shows there may be a better way.

You do not need previous NDIS experience. We are more interested in your clinical capability, judgement, willingness to learn, and the direction you want your career to take.
