Looking for caring Personal Care Workers to provide exception person centered care to our residents.

Location: Altona North and Fitzroy North

Job Type: Casual and Part Time shifts available

At TLC Healthcare, we are committed to providing innovative, integrated, and person-centred care. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our team and support our residents to live with dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

About the Role

As a Personal Care Worker, you will work collaboratively with our clinical and care teams to deliver high-quality personal care and support to residents. Reporting to the Team Leader or Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in enhancing residents’ quality of life through respectful, resident-focused care

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care, hygiene, grooming and oral care support
- Assist residents with meals, mobility and activities of daily living




- Support lifestyle and leisure activities that promote wellbeing
- Observe, document and report changes in residents’ health and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate care documentation and records
- Contribute to a safe, caring and positive environment for residents, families and colleagues
- Work in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards, infection control requirements and TLC policies and procedures
- Promote residents’ rights, dignity, choice and independence

What You’ll Need:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- Previous experience in aged care
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes Police Check)
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
- Warm and effective communication skills
