Working within a busy People Services team, you'll be responsible for processing employee changes, maintaining workforce data and supporting the accurate flow of information between HR, Payroll and operational systems. This is a highly transactional role where attention to detail, process adherence and data accuracy are critical to ensuring employees are paid correctly.

For the right person, there is genuine potential for the role to become permanent and expand into broader workforce and people support responsibilities over time.

- Location: Rhodes
- Initially office-based during training
- Current working arrangement of 4 days in office / 1 day WFH
- Preferred hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm

The Role

As a Time & Attendance Administrator, you'll support the business by managing a high volume of employee data changes and workforce administration requests before they reach Payroll.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting leaders with roster queries and workforce administration matters
- Assigning and managing requests across the wider team
- Ensuring employee data remains accurate and compliant across multiple systems
- Providing ongoing administrative support to the People Services function

This role involves significant volumes of manual data processing and transactional administration, making accuracy and attention to detail essential.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and understands the importance of maintaining accurate employee records.

You'll bring:

- Experience in HR Administration, Payroll Administration, Rostering, Workforce Administration, People Operations or another high-volume administrative environment
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Confidence working across multiple systems and databases

- The ability to follow processes and instructions consistently
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Experience managing large volumes of information and requests
- The ability to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks
- A strong sense of accountability and ownership
- A willingness to learn and develop within a supportive team environment

Exposure to Time & Attendance systems, payroll processes or workforce management platforms will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Significant to Know

This is a highly transactional administration role.

The successful candidate will genuinely enjoy:

- Working with data
- Performing repetitive, process-driven tasks
- Following established procedures
- Managing large volumes of employee information
- Delivering high levels of accuracy

The work completed in this role directly impacts employee pay outcomes, so attention to detail and quality are critical.

Why Apply?

- Genuine temp-to-perm opportunity
- Structured training and ongoing support
- Join a collaborative and supportive People Services team
- Develop expertise across workforce administration and Time & Attendance
- Future opportunities to broaden exposure into workforce support and business-facing responsibilities
- Work for an organisation that delivers essential services to communities across Australia

If you're someone who enjoys administration, thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in getting the details right, we'd love to hear from you.
