We’relooking for a reliable and friendlyCasual Bistro Serverto join our friendly team atWests New Lambton.
This hands-on role plays an important part in supporting both front and back-of-house operations across our popular dining outlets —The Bistro, Patisserie, Emporium,andNew Beijing.

What you will be doing:

- Welcome members and guests with genuine warmth and friendly service
- Assistwith food and beverage preparation
- Operate tills and handle transactions accurately
- Clear tables,maintaincleanliness, and support the scullery team
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times

This role requires availability for split shifts across lunch and dinner service, including Friday nights, weekends, andadditionalweekday availability.

About you

You’resomeone who enjoys being part of a fast-moving team and takes pride in providing great service. You bring a positive attitude, robust work ethic, and a willingness to learn from others.

You will bring:

- Previousexperience in hospitality, catering, or fast-service environments (desirable)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude
- The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- A genuine passion for creating great customer experiences
