Job Description

In the role you will

- Collaborating with the Registered Nurses in planning, implementing and evaluate nursing care and service delivery to provide resident-focused, high quality care.
- Lead, motivate and mentor Care Staff
- Assume accountability and responsibility for your own practice based upon your level of competence

Desired Skills and Experience

Candidates will require:

- Enrolled Nursing registration with AHPRA
- A passion for people centred care
- Demonstrated ability to keep organised, accurate and confidential records
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- The ability to work autonomously and think on your feet
- Flu vaccination and at least 2 Covid vaccinations
- Aged care experience preferred but not essential
- Australian working rights (unfortunately we are unable to offer visa sponsorship)
