Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort & Spa , located in the picturesque town of Port Douglas, just an hour's drive north of Cairns, offers a range of accommodations including studios, two and three-bedroom apartments, and a three-bedroom beach front private villa. Purpose

- Prioritise and promptly fulfil guest requests, including delivering amenities, beds, cots, blankets, and pillows, and collecting items from guest rooms as needed
- Collaborate with all members of the housekeeping team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Gather used linens from guest rooms and transport to the designated appropriate area
- Assist with cleaning guest rooms and public area spaces are requested
- Handle chemicals and cleaning materials with safety, respect guest privacy and security, and promptly report maintenance issues
- Provide a welcoming service to all guests, assisting with questions, concerns, and offering precise details about our property's amenities and features
