We're on the lookout for a superstar to join us as a Park Operations Attendant. Your mission? To provide a warm, friendly, and unforgettable magical experience for our guests while meeting their needs and expectations throughout their stay.

What You'll Do:

- Assisting guests with day-to-day requirements
- Ensuring bins are rotated and emptied
- Overall assistance of general tiredness tidiness
- General maintenance jobsPool treatment
- Pool maintenance training will be provided in office
- Grounds Care
- Problem Solving
- Assistance in the other departments as needed

What You'll Need:

- To be able to obtain a Blue Card (working with children)
- Be able to assist guests in reversing a caravan on to tight sites
- Open (manual) driver's license
- Experience in a similar hands-on property park operations and maintenance role




- Minimum 6-12 months experience in property park operations and maintenance required
- A polite and friendly nature with a can-do attitude to deal with guest enquires
- Great time management and attention to detail
- Effective problem resolutions
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays, school holidays
