ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently looking for two hundred (200) Berry Farm Labourers for fruit picking, packing and general maintenance to join our team at our Caboolture site. These positions are for a minimum of 12 months, fulltime commencing in October 2026. Previous experience is preferred, but not essential. Working on a fruit farm during harvest season is a fun and exciting time. The roles will work safely in the field as part of a team to pick and pack ripe berries for local and interstate markets. Assisting the production line in our large, purpose built, strawberry packing facility Planting, trellising and field maintenance of plants for ongoing, effective production Adhering to safety procedures including wearing appropriate PPE (such as work boots, hats, sunscreen and sunglasses)
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for fruit pickers who are energetic and possess a positive attitude.
Candidates do not necessarily need previous experience; you just need to be a keen learner and be physically fit.
- Safety conscious attitude to work
- Ability to work a 6-day rolling roster, available 7 days per week.
- Physically fit and healthy
- Able to relocate close to Caboolture or live locally in the area.
Candidates will receive a competitive pay and paid under the Horticultural award (MA ) (commencing at Level 1). Piece rates are used -the faster you pick, the more earnings you potentially have. All working conditions are within the Horticulture Award to ensure your safety and enjoyment of the role. You will receive your payslip fortnightly, via email showing you a description of your earnings, including your superannuation entitlements.
There is also possibility for further training and upskilling options for suitable candidates.
