Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis.

Core Responsibilities:

- Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences.
- Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Confidently recommending food and beverage options
- Serving Food & Beverages : Providing professional and efficient service, while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Service : Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations.

Shift Details (subject to change):

- Breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts
- Rotating roster across Monday through to Sunday
- Split shifts may be required on some days
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) required

Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):

- Monday - Friday: $33.05 per hour
- Saturday: $39.66 per hour
- Sunday: $46.27 per hour

Successful candidates will have:

- 12+ months experience as a waitstaff, bartender, or in a similar hospitality role
- A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
- A warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
- Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
- Reliability,



with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
