The University of Queensland is seeking a Commis Chef for Patina at Customs House in Brisbane City. The role is full time and fixed-term, with a 38-hour week across a seven-day roster including weekends and evenings.

You will produce high-quality à la carte and function foods, assist with events, and maintain food safety, stock control, and service standards. Apprenticeship in cookery and 2+ years' experience are preferred.
