Retaining Wall Labourer | Coomera | $39.03/hr + Penalties & Allowances

701 Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Retaining Wall Labourer to join an established earthmoving crew working across civil and subdivision projects.

About the Role

You’ll be working alongside an excavator operator, assisting with the installation of concrete sleeper retaining walls. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who knows how retaining wall sleepers are positioned, guided and installed.

Important:

There is no concreting involved. Concrete sleepers are the material being installed — your main role is assisting the operator with setup, guiding and positioning.





What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience with concrete sleeper retaining walls
- Timber retaining wall experience will also be considered
- Civil construction/labouring experience
- Comfortable working around excavators and heavy machinery
- Good understanding of site safety
- White Card
- Reliable and physically fit
