About the Role

The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build robust relationships with your internal stakeholders. In this role you will:

- Facilitatepassenger & checked baggage security screening
- Managetraffic flow & screenat security checkpoints within the airport
- Provideexceptional customer service and respondprofessionally whilst liaising with customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintaincomplianceandfollowprocedures and safety measures




- Recordof incident reports as required

Desired Skills and Experience

- Certificate II in Transport Security Protection
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to obtain an ASIC Clearance
- Good communication skills with high attention to detail
- Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia

MSS will cover the cost of your training, including the nationally recognised Certificate II in Transport Security Protection (AVI20118), if you do not already hold this qualification.
