You will troubleshoot, repair, and replace telephone sets, manage inmate inquiries, and deliver weekly status reports on system health and repairs. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in a high-tech environment with hardware, software, and networking skills, and a customer-service mindset.
