We require 10 workers for farm labouring, tending to crops and livestock on a farm in the Ayr region, QLD.

Work will include tending to crops and livestock, and general farm maintenance and labour.

Work will commence in January 2027 and continue for 4 years.

Successful candidates will be offered employment on a full time basis and paid under the Pastoral Award 2020 at the starting rate of Level 1 $25.74 per hour.

Workers will be required to work 5 days a week. This role could potentially be available for additional days depending on the requirements of the harvest. General hours of work are between 6 AM and 5 PM.

Physical fitness is paramount, as tasks entail lifting, bending, and carrying heavy harvest buckets on uneven terrain. You will also need to sustain positions like bending and squatting for extended periods throughout the day.

This job has opportunities for upskilling and training.

Workers must be able to pass a medical/drug test.
