Sera's Women's Shelter is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist women and children escaping domestic violence. You will provide trauma-informed care, practical support, and contribute to a safe, welcoming shelter environment.

The role includes a mix of in office duties and on-call shifts within a rotating roster, reporting to the Team Leader and collaborating with DFV Crisis Workers.
