CBRE Townsville is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative based at Willows Shopping Centre. In this casual role you’ll greet shoppers, assist customers and tenants at the Information Desk, handle enquiries by phone and email, and support the centre with mail distribution.

You’ll also help with marketing support, display cabinets, posters, and mannequin setups, coordinate lost & found, mobility equipment sign-outs, contractor logs, and assist with campaigns and events.
