Cool Breeze Rentals (CBR) is located throughout Australia & New Zealand. CBR is an established company with a reputation for excellent customer service and proven products. The core business at CBR is seasonally demanded Portable Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Flood Restoration equipment for hire and sale into a range of different markets.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic hire/administrator to join the CBR Beverley/Adelaide Branch. The role is full time and involves working with a motivated and friendly team.

The role will entail (but not limited to):

Scheduling and managing deliveries, collections, and service work.

Preparation of orders and equipment

Providing quotations, service and technical information

Processing and managing paperwork.

Providing sales support and new opportunities

Growing existing accounts

Communicating and reporting to Head Office

Participation in the on-call roster

Site support

The role requires a positive person who has the following skills:

A fast-paced work style, particularly in peak seasons

Be comfortable and competent in executing a variety of tasks

Experience in the Rental industry is Advantageous but not essential. This also applies to technical knowledge of air conditioning equipment. Being a team player and working efficiently and effectively under pressure are also essential in this fast-paced work environment. A current full driver’s license is required.
