Business Development Manager - Part-Time

Eden Women's Health is growing, and we're looking for a passionate Business Development Manager.

Eden Women's Health is a leading private women's health practice on the Southern Gold Coast, providing comprehensive care across obstetrics, gynaecology, advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery, fertility, pregnancy, menopause and holistic women's health.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team on a part-time basis .

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, identifying opportunities and connecting people with exceptional healthcare.

About the role

Working closely with the practice leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that grow Eden's referral network, brand presence and patient reach.

Your role will include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with GPs, specialists, allied health professionals, hospitals and other key referral partners

Identifying new business and referral opportunities

Representing Eden Women's Health at meetings, networking events and community events

Developing strategic partnerships with local businesses and organisations

Supporting the growth of Eden's specialist and allied health services

Identifying opportunities to increase awareness of our services within the local community

Working closely with our marketing and social media team to align business development with our brand strategy





Monitoring referral and business development opportunities and reporting on growth

Bringing fresh ideas and initiatives to help Eden continue to grow

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

Confident, warm and highly personable

An excellent communicator and relationship builder

Commercially minded and motivated by growth

Skilled, organised and self-motivated

Comfortable networking and representing a premium healthcare brand

Able to work independently while collaborating closely with our team

Experienced in business development, relationship management, healthcare, medical sales, pharmaceuticals, allied health or a similar industry

Healthcare experience is highly regarded, but we are more interested in the right person, their relationships and their ability to identify and create opportunities.
