Job Description Summary

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Workplace Assistant to join our team in Adelaide. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy corporate workplace, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
About the Role
As a Workplace Assistant, you will support the delivery of workplace and facilities services across the site, helping to ensure a safe, efficient, and professional working environment. You will coordinate workplace activities, assist with events, manage service requests, and provide administrative and operational support to the broader facilities team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front-of-house and workplace support services.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, workplace facilities, and event requirements.
- Assist with planned maintenance activities and service delivery.
- Support senior management with workplace-related requests.
- Manage courier, mail, and document distribution services.
- Coordinate subcontractors and service providers onsite.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Respond to workplace requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate workplace records and administrative documentation.
- Build positive relationships with employees, visitors, contractors, and clients.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in workplace services, facilities coordination, hospitality, customer service, reception, or office support.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong customer service mindset with a professional and approachable manner.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands.
- Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or service providers is highly regarded.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices is advantageous.
